$100 deposit to hold seat.

Receive a full refund or credit 45 days prior to trip.  A 40% refund of tour cost per person 44-14 days prior to trip departure.  100% non-refundable 14 days or less prior to trip departure. 100% refundable or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. 

All payments are to be completed 20 days prior to travel.
